1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using axsys services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

axsys provides digital solutions including but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development
• Web Application Development
• AI Consulting Services
• Solutions Engineering

3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to individual agreements that outline specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. These project-specific agreements supplement these general terms of service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit upon project commencement
• 50% upon project completion
• Net 30 payment terms unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed solutions. axsys retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, and financial information.

7. Limitation of Liability

axsys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
